SOS
SOS is a web based remote work order system. It gives you the freedom to create work request from any PC on your network. Since SOS is a .NET web based application there is no software to install on each PC. SOS work request integrates seamlessly in to PMSoft's database. SOS is customizable to your facilities needs.

Includes 10 incidents for support annually. Technical support calls will be answered within 24 hours.
GOLD
Includes unlimited incidents for support annually. Technical support responses within 4 hours.
DIAMOND
Includes unlimited incidents for support annuall. Immediate response to your technical support questions as well as (up to) 10 custom reports per year. All maintenance update/new releases are included for PMSoft and SOS.
Support request (without support agreements) will be billed at $125.00 per incident, custom reports are $100.00 per report.
